Attending an open club night, will allow you the opportunity to not only check out our club’s facilities but you will also get to know some of our members while you're there.

“ASSOCIATE” MEMBER
Associate Members may not vote, but may use the Club’s facilities at any time. Work Parties Are NOT Required. Your Spouse & minor children (under 18) may be included on your application at no additional cost

$216 Annually + $50 Application Fee
Individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, who are citizens of the United States of America, or are legally documented with a visa or green card, who are of good moral character, and who subscribe to the Purposes and Objectives of the Club as set forth in Article II of the bylaws, who have not pledged to perform annual duties at the Club property, shall be eligible to become Associate Members. Membership year runs October 1 through September 30.

Since Obissquasoit Bowmen has been around since 1951 your investment is essential to preserving and improving our grounds for everyone to enjoy.
These improvements are crucial for maintaining our grounds for future generations of archers!
“SENIOR” MEMBER
Senior Members whose dues and any assessments are paid in full shall have full use of all facilities and shall have the right to vote and hold office. Work Parties totaling 12* Hours Per Year Are Required. Your Spouse & minor children (under 18) may be included on your application at no additional cost

$108 Annually + $50 Application Fee

- Use of the Club’s buildings, structures, and grounds for the moral and mental improvement of men, women, and children by training and educating members and guests, through personal instruction and the use of written and electronic media, on principles of sportsmanship, personal ethics, honesty, courtesy, and good conduct, and the protection of the environment, of fresh clean air, and of clean water;
- to enlist into membership individuals possessed of good moral character who have exhibited traits of good sportsmanship, ethical behavior, and a devotion to honesty, fairness, and helpfulness toward others;
- to promote in the community an interest in all phases of archery as a competitive sport, and as a healthy form of outdoor and indoor recreation;
- to encourage among Club members and guests the value of good sportsmanship and principles of fairness;
- to educate and train individuals on the purposes and objectives of the Club and to promote safety awareness and safety practices in the handling of archery equipment;

- to educate adults and young people in the community through classes and instruction on the proper use of archery equipment and the rules of archery competition;
- to foster among members and others in the community an interest in participation in State and National amateur archery contests and competitions;
- to preserve and husband the Club’s real property as a natural habitat for wild animals;
- to use the Club’s real property to provide for the environmental protection of wetlands and forested areas;
- to use the Club’s real property to foster watershed protection, air purification, soil stabilization, urban buffers, and landscape beautification;
- to engage in forest and land use husbandry including selective cutting and trimming of trees and shrubs as part of a forestry management plan; and,
- to foster among members and guests, and as part of the Club’s programs of instruction and education, an awareness of and education concerning wild animals living in natural habitats in accordance with State forestry objectives
